Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (MS, DPT or higher).
• Passionate clinician dedicated to improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized measures and clinical observation.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families with at-home exercises for long-term success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as part of the team.
