Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students in New Jersey. The role runs through the current school year, with an anticipated start in October and end in December, offering an 9:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m. schedule and hourly compensation of $70–$76. Responsibilities include evaluating students, delivering PT services, preparing reports, and developing IEPs/504 Plans.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• New Jersey school certification required.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain up‑to‑date background clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility and need for PT services.
• Provide in-person physical therapy services in the school setting.
• Prepare evaluation reports and contribute to IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Attend school team meetings and IEP/504 meetings as needed.
• Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
