• Caseload : K–12 students across 3 school locations
• Location : Must be able to commute daily to schools in the Rockford, Illinois area

Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology (required)
• Active Illinois PEL licensure with School Psychologist endorsement
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
• Open to new graduates starting their careers in school psychology

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning
• Develop and support IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provide individual and group student counseling services
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support academic and behavioral success
• Contribute to RTI / MTSS initiatives and consult on interventions
• Support school teams in crisis response and behavioral planning
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
