Job summary

The Baker Center for Children and Families in Boston seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive psychiatric and psychopharmacological services to Pre-K–12 students in a school setting. You will join an interdisciplinary team to support students with complex behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with PMHNP specialization.
• Massachusetts RN license and APRN authority for psychiatric practice.
• National PMHNP certification (ANCC or equivalent).
• DEA registration and Massachusetts prescribing authority when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care and medications management.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary school-based team.
• Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and clinical response.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with licensing and HIPAA.
