Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide 30 minutes of services bi-weekly to a student under an IEP, within a Washington school setting. You will document progress and coordinate with teachers, families, and support staff to align with state guidelines.

This contract role emphasizes collaboration, careful attention to documentation, and the ability to integrate therapy goals into the student's educational plan. A compassionate, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Washington Professional Licensure for Physical Therapy is required
• ESA Certification for Physical Therapy is a must
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to implement and document IEP goals and progress according to school and state guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the student's IEP, totaling 30 minutes bi-weekly

Assignment Dates: August 26, 2026 June 9, 2027
Schedule: Provide professional support for 30 minutes, twice a month (bi-weekly).

In this role, youll work closely with educational teams and directly support a student with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) by delivering targeted interventions in alignment with their goals. You will be valued for your expertise in physical therapy, with the flexibility and balance a part-time schedule can bring.
