Job summary

AnthroMed Education seeks a School-Based Physical Therapist to join our DeKalb, IL team for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver physical therapy services to K–12 students, participate in evaluations, and help develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License through IDFPR.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with children and/or in a school-based setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students across K–12.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, school staff, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Support students with a variety of needs across grade levels.
