E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Allegan, Michigan. This on-site role supports K-12 and Early On programs, with 0.8 FTE and a flexible schedule within a 32–37.5 hour work week.

The candidate will assess mobility, coordinate therapy plans with school teams, and contribute to IEP discussions. Licensure in Michigan or eligibility for licensure is required; teletherapy experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' needs.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve motor skills and functional independence.
• Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into educational plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on PT needs.
