Soliant is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a contract role in a school-based setting near Chicago Heights, IL. You will deliver direct and consultative PT services to students, aligned with their IEPs, across three buildings.

The role requires Illinois licensure, strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to travel between buildings on 3–4 scheduled workdays. Sessions range from 0–60 minutes weekly, targeting meaningful student outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to students per their IEPs.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions ranging from 0–60 minutes per week.
• Serve 5 students in Building 1 with sessions 7.5–60 minutes weekly.
• Support 7 students in Building 2 with direct and consultative models.
• Collaborate with Building 3 cooperative program for 5–6 students; 45–60 minute weekly sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting.
• Participate in IEP meetings with staff and families to ensure outcomes.
• Travel between buildings across 3–4 scheduled workdays.

• Serve 5 students in Building 1 (sessions vary from 7.5–60 minutes weekly)
• Support 7 students in Building 2, with both direct and consultation models
• Collaborate with a cooperative program in Building 3 for 5–6 students; typically, 45–60 minute weekly sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families to ensure the best outcomes
