Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited PTA curriculum and at least two years of experience or equivalent.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapist with therapy activities for students with physical handicaps.
• Prepare equipment, materials, and environment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor safety and progress of students during therapy and report changes to the therapist.
• Maintain student records and assist with data collection for progress and MAC/EC program reporting.
• Coordinate feeding program details with teachers and cafeteria when applicable.
