Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for school district placements in Eastern Suffolk County, NY. This fee-for-service/opportunity offers full-time growth potential and Monday–Friday school hours.

The role requires current NYS licensure as an SLP, NYSED TSSLD/TSHH, and CCC-SLP, with a minimum of one year of pediatric experience. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and their families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and group speech therapies.
• Administer and write up speech and language evaluations.
• Communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators about case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families and school teams.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs.
• Create and adapt schedules with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CSE meetings and annual reviews.
