Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in a dynamic educational setting near Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role includes in-person and teletherapy services for K-12 students and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a Master's in SLP or related field, a California SLP license (or eligibility), and CCC preferred with CFY considered. Prior pediatric or school experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC- or CFY- candidates considered; CFY acceptable.
• Experience in pediatric, school-based or teletherapy settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families.
• Provide direct and teletherapy services tailored to student needs.
• Track progress and document outcomes per district and state requirements.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support social and academic growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
