Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Wilmington seeks a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in a local school district. This is a 1099 independent contracting position with mentorship from Clinical Directors and Team Leaders, plus access to a lending library and school-based support tools.

You will screen and evaluate students, develop IEP-aligned PT plans, collaborate with teachers and parents, and maintain required reports and documentation to support student progress.

Qualificações

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Clearances (Child Abuse, Federal, State) as required by policy.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, assess, and evaluate students using appropriate tests and assessment instruments.
• Plan and provide PT techniques through individual/group sessions aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop IEPs.
• Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for termination of therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom-based activities.
• Collaborate with parents in the physical therapy program for their child.
• Maintain documentation and records per laws and school policy.
• Meet needs of all students by partnering with other disciplines.
