Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide school-based services for a local school district in Wilmington, DE. These are full-time positions for the 2026/27 school year, offered as 1099 independent contracts with mentorship and ample support from clinical leaders.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering therapy aligned to IEP goals, conducting evaluations, participating in IEP teams, and collaborating with teachers to integrate skills into classroom

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions aligned to IEP goals.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student levels, strengths, and progress using approved testing tools.
• Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings to update therapy interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan classroom-based activities and ensure carry-over of skills.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program.
