Rehab Associates by Trilogy is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Cheektowaga, NY to join a school-based pediatric care team. You will work within an interdisciplinary group delivering individualized and group therapy, with emphasis on IEPs and 504 Plans, in schools and homes across the region.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NYS license in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in school-based pediatric therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group OT services to students per IEPs/504 Plans.
• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop goals and monitor student progress.
• Maintain documentation per school/program requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers and families.
