Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in New York. You will evaluate and treat children, track progress, and deliver services aligned to each child’s IEP.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support goals and complete all required documentation and progress notes. Must have ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT degree required
• Initial registration with NBCOT required
• Must hold a valid, unencumbered OT license as required by state

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in school settings.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in IEPs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Education
