Ryan Health seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatric Department and School-Based Program, delivering comprehensive healthcare to pediatric and adolescent patients within the Center and contracted schools, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The NP will assess, diagnose, immunize, order labs, and manage common pediatric illnesses, while guiding health education, coordinating school-based services, and maintaining accurate records in line with NYC and NYSDOH

Qualificações

• Two years of clinical experience in ambulatory care setting or equivalent.
• Masters’ Degree in Nursing and NP certification in Pediatrics or Family Care.
• Current New York State License and Board Certification as NP.

Responsabilidades

• Secure and assess health and developmental history.
• Perform comprehensive Pediatric/Adolescent appraisal including physical and developmental evaluations.
• Plan and implement routine immunizations.
• Assess and manage common illnesses and accidents of adolescents.
• Prescribe and regulate medications; order and interpret lab studies.
