The role focuses on assisting with academic, behavioral, and developmental needs, collaborating with teachers, and promoting a structured, engaging learning environment during school hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete required background clearances (support provided).
• Current clearances: Fingerprinting through DOE, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse, as well as a TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or classroom-based student support.
• Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Encourage positive behavior and student engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
