Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC) seeks licensed mental health clinicians to join its OPS School Based Outpatient program serving children and adolescents. This role involves delivering individual, family and group therapy, performing biopsychosocial assessments, and using CBT and other clinically based interventions to meet treatment plan goals.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, MFT, nursing, rehab or activity therapy required.
• Special Education is not accepted as behavioral health field.
• Minimum of one year experience with children, adolescents and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Provide therapy to promote understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with clients and families.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child and family services.
• Complete charting, billing requirements, and other paperwork per guidelines.
• Participate in required supervision and training.
