BRX Educational Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full‑time, school‑based role in Phoenix, AZ. This position focuses on helping students participate, learn, and succeed within the school environment.

You will evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success. BRX offers top‑of‑market pay and comprehensive benefits, with a contract aligned to the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience with children or in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services.
• Address students’ fine motor, sensory, visual‑motor, self-care, and functional skills.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide recommendations, strategies, and accommodations to support student success.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming.
• Ensure services and documentation are completed in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Support students in becoming more independent and successful within the school setting.
