Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities
