EDU-Aids is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ludlow, MA. Qualifications

• Valid licensure as Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school settings preferred.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of students’ physical abilities, including pediatric assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized goals to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and child study team.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development and training.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
