• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy licensure (IL OT).
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and direct intervention services to students across a range of abilities and ages (PreK-8th grade).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on improving students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within the school environment.
• Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and family members to ensure alignment of therapeutic and instructional plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet school and compliance requirements.
• Manage a caseload of students, adjusting interventions as needed to best support their academic and functional progress.
