Job summary

PediaStaff seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support Oklahoma schools in Eufaula, with minimal Home Health coverage. The role is 90% school-based and 10% Home Health, focusing on improving students' functional skills, independence, and participation in school activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate).
• Current Oklahoma OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• School-based experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy plans.
• Provide interventions to support functional skills and independence in school settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet student needs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation per requirements.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, physicians, and care team.
• Develop and improve therapy programs and services.
• Participate in staff education and in-services as needed.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with Oklahoma regulations when applicable.
• Provide limited Home Health services as needed.
