Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Juneau, Alaska. This position is 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of $45.95–$49.50 and a $3,000 assignment bonus (conditions apply).

License in Alaska or eligibility to obtain one is required. You will deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP, develop therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Alaska license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants
