Job summary

A leading therapy company in Massachusetts is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based per diem placement. The therapist will provide one-on-one and group therapy services to students while completing necessary documentation and potentially attending meetings related to student performance. Successful candidates must hold a valid occupational therapy license, have completed an accredited program, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This position supports flexible scheduling tailored to individual strengths and interests.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license to practice occupational therapy in Massachusetts.
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Must have agency-required liability insurance for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide both 1:1 and group therapy services for students.
• Complete all required documentation and preparation for students.
• Attend IEP/MDT/504 meetings to discuss occupational therapy-related recommendations.
• Maintain confidential client case notes and reports.
