The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Escondido, California. This full-time role focuses on helping students develop essential academic, social, and independence skills within a collaborative school environment.

You will work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to implement therapy plans, supporting students' progress and success in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience working with children and adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help students develop academic, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to implement therapy plans.
• Support students' progress through individualized OT plans in a school setting.
