Global Psychological is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time, school-based roles in Indianapolis. You will evaluate students, plan evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational participation and daily functioning.

Experience in K-12 settings and IEP processes is preferred. Applicants should hold a Master’s in OT and an active state license, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and related

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Completion of clinical fieldwork and eligibility to practice.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and school participation.
• Adapt environments and select assistive technology as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and teams on IEPs.
• Attend IEP meetings and document progress and service records.
