Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a school-based contract near Green Bay, Wisconsin. This full-time, onsite role supports the 2026-2027 academic year with a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule.

Ideal candidates hold Wisconsin OT licensure (or eligibility) and bring experience in educational settings, strong communication, and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain it before the start date.
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student growth
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation following district and state guidelines
• Engage with families to ensure continuity of care between school and home
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment encouraging student independence
