Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Tacoma, WA for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role involves supporting secondary school students and supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Washington State Occupational Therapist license.
• Must be fingerprinted and cleared through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with a COTA.

• Support a secondary-school caseload.
• Conduct evaluations and prepare written reports.
