Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a school-based program in the Greater Berkeley area. The position is in-person with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $70/hour+ rate for eligible OTs. Start date ASAP and a community-focused role supporting students.

The ideal candidate holds a CA OT license, CPR/BLS, and meets state compliance requirements; comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401K are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in California in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals to improve independence in daily activities.
• Administer OT interventions to enhance functional abilities.
• Address cognitive challenges and recommend assistive devices when needed.
• Assist clients returning to community, work, or school settings.
