Job summary

Delta-T Group in San Antonio, TX seeks a Part‑Time Occupational Therapist to support students with disabilities in a school setting. Earn up to $80/hour with flexible 4‑hour sessions every two weeks.

The OT will evaluate needs, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enable access to education in accordance with IDEA, 504, and ADA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas OT license; NBCOT certification preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and ADA in educational settings.
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the ARD/IEP team.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in individual, group, and classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized OT services to support students' academic success and well-being.
• Evaluate students' needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure access to the educational environment.
