Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates function and disability of clients and plans rehabilitation goals.
• Delivers occupational therapy procedures per physician prescription or referral.
• Develops and applies treatment plans and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintains client charts with evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Collaborates with therapists, nurses and physicians on client care and records.
• Helps develop OT policies, procedures and supervises OT staff.
