Job summary

Constellation Health Services' Constellation Kids is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students in Greenwich, CT, aligned with the school calendar. You will evaluate, provide interventions, lead small group sessions, and collaborate with school teams and other therapists.

You will attend IEP meetings, document findings, and help families plan outcomes. Connecticut OT license required, pediatric and school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities
