Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a Philadelphia school district to hire an Occupational Therapist who’s excited to help kids succeed in a school setting and will deliver OT services under each student’s IEP.

This 13-week local contract offers a 35-hour work week, days shift, with an hourly rate of $41.40–$44.60 and a $3,000 assignment bonus. The role requires PA licensure or eligibility and a collaborative, kid-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with PA license or eligibility
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants
