The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our full-time school-based team in Temple City, CA. You will contribute to helping students develop functional, sensory, and motor skills for classroom success and beyond.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support students with diverse needs, participating in IEPs and progress monitoring while ensuring accurate documentation and thoughtful intervention planning.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license required
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct OT services in individual and group settings
• Support fine motor, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care, and functional life skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Maintain documentation and progress reports
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
