Qualifications
Must hold a Professional Certification and/or licensure in Orientation and Mobility.
Preferred work-related experience as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist.
Considerable knowledge of special education regulations, policies, and procedures.
Experience writing and implementing IEPs.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessments to students with visual impairments.
Assist in developing and implementing IEPs for students.
Work collaboratively with parents and school staff.
