Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Laconia, NH for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide OT services in a K–12 setting, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to students while collaborating with teachers, SLPs, and PTs.

Qualifications

• Active NH OT license is required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's or OTD).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students.
• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Deliver direct therapy (individual and small groups).
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, PTs, and SLPs.
• Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
