Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is urgently hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K–12 students in Merrimack, NH for the 2026–2027 school year. You'll work in a public school setting with strong clinical mentorship and a dedicated Service Delivery Manager by your side.

Competitive pay is $40–$53 per hour with a sign-on bonus. Start date is as soon as possible, with a school-year calendar designed for balanced professional and personal life.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience or interest in pediatric occupational therapy, school-based services, or special education.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A student-centered approach and genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Availability to begin as soon as possible is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group occupational therapy services to K–12 students.
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational therapy goals within IEPs.
• Support fine motor development, handwriting, sensory regulation, executive functioning, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and related service providers.
• Recommend classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
