Lexington City Schools in Lexington, North Carolina seeks an Occupational Therapist to lead the development, implementation and coordination of a school-based OT program. You will conduct screenings, evaluations and create individualized plans to support students’ daily living and participation in activities across personal care, classroom, play and community tasks.

Under general supervision, you will document treatment, prepare evaluation reports for Medicaid/fee-for-service billing, and

Qualifications

• Four-year OT degree with fieldwork completed.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current North Carolina OT license required.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with disciplines to evaluate and plan student OT services.
• Develop and implement individualized OT intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document services for reimbursement and reporting.
• Provide training on equipment and environmental adaptations.
