Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year OT degree with fieldwork completed.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current North Carolina OT license required.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with disciplines to evaluate and plan student OT services.
• Develop and implement individualized OT intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document services for reimbursement and reporting.
• Provide training on equipment and environmental adaptations.
