Responsibilities

• Provide individual or small-group OT for students in K-12 with sensory, physical, motor needs.
• Maintain records of evaluations, progress, and discharge to track progress.
• Develop individualized care plans with OT goals for students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families.
• Use assessment methods to analyze impairments and measure progress; write evaluations.
• Participate in grade-level and school meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with the Special Education Coordinator and Principal on roles and responsibilities.
