Crossroads Continuum is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist in Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on delivering direct and consultative OT services within a collaborative school team, aligned with students' IEP goals.

The position emphasizes evidence-based OT, ABA-informed strategies, and documentation. A MA OT license and NBCOT certification are required, with a 7:30am–3:00pm schedule across three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Massachusetts OT license and NBCOT certification.
• Experience with children with autism or related disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA-based teaching strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized OT goals aligned with students' IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, therapists, families, and other professionals.
• Integrate OT best practices and ABA-based strategies into student programming.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records.
• Support students with activities of daily living and functional independence.
