Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students in a school-based setting in the Sun Prairie area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, in-person role serves 4K through elementary students, with a caseload of about 32 students and a mix of direct and consultative services.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, develop individualized interventions, document progress, and travel between nearby sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin OT license is required.
• Occupational Therapist credentials appropriate for school-based practice.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with young students and elementary-age children.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in 4K through elementary school.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 32 students (24 direct services, 8 consults).
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Travel between school locations may be required (sites ~15 minutes apart).
