Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist for a 60-day school-based contract near Williams, AZ. You will manage a caseload of about 20 students, delivering in-person services for 7.5 hours daily.

The role requires a Master's in OT, current licensure or eligibility, and experience with IEP processes. Collaboration with teachers and parents is essential to support student progress and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience with school-based OT preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt care strategies for changing caseloads.
• Understanding of IEP processes and special education services.
• Collaborative spirit and comfort working with multidisciplinary educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support each student’s progress.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide strategies for classroom modification and adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Monitor caseload and adjust plans as necessary due to mobility and enrollment changes.
