Job summary

Pikes Peak BOCES is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students across nine rural districts from their Colorado Springs location. You will lead school-based OT services, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings to coordinate educational programs and supports.

This role requires COPSSA licensure eligibility and at least a Master’s in OT, with preferred school experience. The position is based in Colorado Springs with travel to member districts; the program

Qualifications

• Requires Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold or be eligible for Colorado SSP License with OT endorsement.
• Three years of school-based OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other disciplines to inform student OT planning.
• Develop and implement school-based OT interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings to review results and plan services.
• Provide targeted, evidence-based OT services to improve participation and performance.
• Maintain records and manage therapy equipment and supplies.
• Supervise OT assistants as required and ensure ethical practice.
