Kerr Connect is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Charlotte for the 2026-2027 school year. We provide flexible hours and supportive mentorship while focusing on evidence-based therapy to help students reach their full potential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational services to students in a K–8 charter school setting.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized and informal occupational therapy assessments.
• Collaborate as an active member of a multidisciplinary educational team.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Evaluate and treat students using AOTA guidelines and other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families.
