Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for school-based assignments in Antioch, CA. You will provide OT services to exceptional students, participate in evaluations, and support IEP development.

The role requires a Master’s degree and state licensure; experience in schools is preferred. We offer guaranteed hours, professional liability insurance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ACOTE accredited university.
• Active state licensure and/or certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to exceptional children students.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
• Writes evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans.
• Communicates and coordinates therapy with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
