Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students near Stanwood, WA from Sept 2, 2026, to June 14, 2027. This contract involves a 35-hour week and a caseload of about 32 students, with placements at two schools allowing varied learning environments.

You will assess, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, attend IEP meetings, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington state ESA Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Active professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• Prior experience delivering OT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students on your caseload.
• Provide direct OT services within IEP guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Adapt activities and environments to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies.
