Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) operates a Federally Qualified Health Center in Kentucky and runs a School-Based Healthy Kids Clinic at Whitley City Elementary. Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willing to follow Kentucky Department of Education Health Services guidelines.

• Full-time, clinic-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in the school setting.
• Promote student wellness and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with School Health Coordinator and staff.
• Perform initial assessments and referrals as needed.
• Document visits in Infinite Campus or IMS.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow district policies.
