Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) operates a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health services across Kentucky. We seek a compassionate LPN or RN to join our school health team, delivering direct nursing care, promoting student wellness, and supporting the health needs of students throughout the school day.

The role works closely with students, families, school staff, and community partners to ensure coordinated health services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintains required continuing education courses.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct nursing care to students during the school day.
• Promotes student wellness and disease prevention.
• Identifies health needs and makes referrals to appropriate staff or outside agencies.
• Maintains medical records in Infinite Campus or IMS.
• Assists with health screenings and coordination of health services in schools.
