Pediatric Developmental Services is seeking a School Based Nurse to provide cath services to a High School student and support student health across the campus in Michigan. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments, and manage chronic conditions per care plans.
• Develop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.
